In 1900’s, Murray Spangler arise with a machine, making use of a pillow, a tin box, a fan and a broom handle, that eliminate the dust away from himself as he swept.
Murray called it “suction sweeper” and he was so thrilled about his machine that he started looking for somebody to help him put it in to production.
He found W.H. Hoover. Hoover, who had a business that made leather products, saw the prospective in the invention of Spangler as well.
Soon the 2 men were working, manufacturing vacuum cleaners in the shop of Hoover. In order to sell their vacuum cleaner, Hoover made a decision to place the vacuum cleaner in popular stores, where he let the managers of the marketplaces earn a cut on every sale.
The marketplace can become a dealer if they wish to and able to do great in selling the vacuums. Hoover cleaners are still sold and distributed this same way nowadays.
Engineers of Hoover were the ones who created the beater bar. This huge enhancement mixed suction with metal bar that beat the carpet to eliminate the dirt that was sucked up. The vacuum cleaner was able to release the dirt from the floor or carpet and eliminate more dirt than vacuum cleaners were previously able to do.
They’re the first to invent and utilize disposable paper bags as well, something we all overlook now. Other features shown by Hoover vacuums were the side-mounted hose, the front headlight, and the self propelling vacuum.
Hoover has often set the standard w/in the vacuum business with its quality product line. They give vacuums for canister vacuums, hard floors, and uprights.
The Hoover vacuum line includes models for residential and commercial use:
Hoover Upright – This vacuum has an exceptional bagless, Hoover Wind Tunnel technology that makes a suction starting to the ground by trapping particles and dust before they could escape back into the atmosphere. It fits in a HEPA filter to eliminate allergens as well.
Canister Vacuums – These vacuums utilize the Wind Tunnel technology as well.
Hard Floor Cleaners – This vacuum cleans hard-floor surfaces with their original SpinScrub that utilizes brushes to wash the surface.
The Hoover vacuum cleaner sets a standard between vacuums for quality, long-lasting vacuums for professional and home use. Their consistency reputation in their vacuum line makes them a recommendation among consumers.
